Reverend Alma Daniel
I minister to people of all faiths and beliefs, and to the animal kingdom. I create ceremonies and blessings for new homes and businesses and for the renewal of vows as well as for weddings, memorial services, baby namings and christenings. Each of my ceremonies is custom-created, based on what the occasion is, and what best reflects the people involved. I welcome your input as it helps me to serve you better. Regardless of how much or how little you decide to do, I do my best to peek into your mind, your heart and your spirit to truly reflect you and your special event in the material I develop. Once I am booked for a wedding, I ask the couple to fill out a questionnaire. This not only gives me more information about the couple, but also gives them insight into their own relationship and why they are getting married. Countless couples have told me how revealing and meaningful this step is.

Alma’s Wet Wedding
Central Park in New York City is a popular place for weddings and I’ve married well over 100 couples there in various locations. I’ve tied the knot in blistering heat, frigid cold, in sunshine, snow and rain. When it comes to weddings, whether the weather cooperates or not, the show must go on! This brief video clip demonstrates that when you’re in love, nothing can rain on your parade  -- not even the rain.
Distinctive ceremonies for all of life’s celebrations
Bethenny Getting Married
As you can imagine, the wedding was quite elaborate. The Pool Room at the Four Seasons Restaurant was transformed not once but twice for the wedding. First, a sturdy plexiglas floor was fitted over the pool, where the ceremony took place. After the ceremony, the guests were ushered into the bar area for cocktails and hors d’oeuvres. This was so the platform could be removed to reveal the pool. The water was colored magenta, with large silver balls floating in it. (Later, some highly “spirited” guests cavorted in it!) A bandstand was set up and so were 10 tables, arrayed with china, crystal and flowers for the dinner. It was a scrumptious evening – and a great show.
